KRCS conducted a thorough assessment to identify the underlying cause and advised us of the next steps. Their services encompassed the repair of the chimney crown, repointing of the chimney, cleaning of the fireplace, replacement of an igniter switch, and clear instructions on its operation. Their punctuality, professionalism, and diligent cleanup post-service were excellent. The quality of work performed by KCRS exceeded expectations, leading us to hire them for an additional project involving mold remediation in HVAC ducts, scheduled for completion next week.
